Think of a common object around you. Perhaps your TV, for instance. Inside, there are likely several assemblies making up the devices as a whole. There is a main ‘brain’ circuit board. Maybe an input/output board for all the connections. A board for the front panel controls. Oh yes, and don’t forget the remote control. All together, four discrete assemblies making up the TV device as a whole.
Aimtron approaches a project with several efficiencies in mind. Beyond the technical aspects of machine assembly, it is likely several boards together share common components. When quoting materials, all assemblies bundled together increase the purchasing power, and thus savings for both manufacturer and client.

All Technologies
In most cases, the typical assembly consists of tightly packed passives, BGA devices, supporting ICs, and mixed through hole components. Since day 1, Aimtron has been successfully assembling double-sided BGA and dense 0201 designs. We service simple through hole boards as well, with the same level of attention to detail and quality.
